After taking this Solgar Magnesium Citrate I was astonished to find that:
1. I did not suffer from my usual attack of Hay Fever last summer! I was completely and totally free of any symptoms! I had previously suffered from Hay Fever for 39 years! (Ask my GP)
2. My hair was far less greasy - only needed washing once per week whereas previously it was twice per week.
3. I had more energy.
